I am a professor of communication in the School of Social Sciences, Communication, and Humanities at Endicott College.

My research focuses on software robots (“bots”) and automation on the Internet. Additionally, I’m interested in social media, wikis, media studies, and the political economy of communication.

I teach courses on contemporary social media, podcast and radio journalism, portfolio development, algorithms and the internet, and research methods. I also supervise senior capstone projects.
